Rising Kundalini is a side-effect of menopause and enlightenment.

Many people are aware of "Kundalini Rising" as a sign of enlightenment, but not many have heard about the connection to menopause as a side-effect. Debora King, a noted lecturer, contemporary healer, & recognized expert in the health & wellness field, as well as a national best-selling author of "Truth Heals" writes on her website about the connection between menopause and kundalini. King writes, "Energy flows from the earth but is not released through the root chakra. Instead, it builds up. If you have ever heard menopausal women say they feel like they have PMS all the time, this may be the reason why. This pent-up energy needs to be released in some way. If it cannot descend, it can ascend. Some yogis and healers believe that menopause hot flashes are actually releases of kundalini energy being guided up the spine, and this was my own experience." King will be speaking about how to raise your own kundalini on her radio show, Truth Heals, on Hay House radio at 2 p.m. Pacific / 5 p.m. Eastern.
