Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Still Battling over Nahla

TMZ has reported that the Department of Children and Family Services has been interviewing Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry concerning allegations that Gabriel Aubry committed child endangerment.
The parties have been locked in a child custody/visitation battle over their three year old daughter Nahla. The recent alleged incident is that Gabriel pushed the nanny against a door and "violently yanked Nahla out of her arms". TMZ also reported that parallel to the DCFS investigation is a criminal investigation on whether or not Gabriel Aubry committed acts of child endangerment and battery. As a Family Law attorney these allegations are investigated by DCFS and the Police and if they are unfounded the investigation is stopped. If they are not unfounded, then DCFS can continue on their case and depending on the circumstances a party found to be at fault will have to go through a number of steps to have reunification services with their child.
