John Hersey International to launch Contagious Leaders Coaching Club™



Fountain Hills, Ariz. – John Hersey, Founder and Beverly Belury, Managing Partner of John Hersey International are preparing to launch a break thru Leaders Coaching Club designed to helped companies cultivate a leadership culture that will stimulate better results, increase employee productivity, reduce expensive turnover and save senior leadership a whole lot of time.

International motivational speaker, John Hersey, has been speaking to audiences for more than a dozen years. Many companies bring him in time and time again to inspire their employees to step up to leadership.

Hersey and Belury know that a keynote speech or an interactive workshop or seminar are great ways to start the leadership conversation and inspire some action. However, these are infinitely more successful in altering a culture and improving results if an ongoing conversation is constantly in place.

Hersey began his successful career at 28 years old as the Vice President of Marketing for a $1 billion bank. He moved ahead in his career at 34 years old as a Senior Vice President for top advertising agencies. Hersey helped Stanley Tools become a worldwide household name and led the company to worldwide acclaim. He knows when a leadership culture is in place the company will simply thrive because everyone is producing at a higher level.

"A couple of years ago we worked with a region of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. They were ranked #22 of 28 regions and the 18 month leadership coaching program we put in place helped them move to #2 in 12 months. We have been working on the coaching club concept ever since. We knew that we had to be responsive and agile and create a format and pricing structure that was affordable in $'s and time and would encourage companies to enroll as many employees as possible," says Hersey.

"Companies were very generous with their feedback and it became obvious that the monthly segments needed to be fast and to the point using various forms of communication. Each installment is about 15 minutes with an exercise to punctuate and incorporate the principle. We have incorporated open-line communication, teleseminars, video, audio, tip sheets, interaction on actual situations, forum exchanges, even cartoons to help the participants really 'get-it'," comments Belury.
